The basics

• — 30 days from the day your order arrives
• — Frames must be unworn, unscratched, and in original packaging
• — Include the original case and cleaning cloth
• — Refunds processed within 5 business days of us receiving the return

How to start a return

1. 1. Email support@peekinggoose.com with your order number.
2. 2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (Singapore orders only — international returns are at the customer’s cost).
3. 3. Pop the frames in the original box and drop the package off.
4. 4. Once we receive them, we’ll process your refund or send out the exchange within 5 business days.

Exchanges

Want a different frame, colour, or fit? Same process — just mention the new pair you want in your email. We’ll send the new frames out as soon as the original return is on its way back to us.

Prescription lenses

Frames with custom prescription lenses are made to order and can’t be returned for change of mind. They’re still covered under our two-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
