Every pair of Peeking Goose frames is covered for two years against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship.
What’s covered
- — Hinge failure under normal wear
- — Lens delamination or coating defects
- — Frame cracking due to material defects
- — Nose pad or temple tip breakage within first 12 months
What’s not covered
- — Accidental damage, drops, or being sat on
- — Scratches from cleaning with the wrong cloth
- — Damage from heat exposure or harsh chemicals
- — Normal wear after the two-year window
- — Frames altered or repaired by a third party
How to make a claim
Email us at support@peekinggoose.comwith a photo of the issue, your order number, and a short note on what happened. We’ll get back to you within two business days with next steps.
If the claim is approved, we’ll repair or replace your frames free of charge. Shipping costs for warranty claims are on us.
