Order processing
Orders placed before 2pm SGT on a business day ship the same day. Orders after that go out the next business day. Weekends and public holidays don’t count, sorry.
Tracking
You’ll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. International orders are sent via tracked courier with insurance.
Duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These are not included in shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
